COSO Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
What it is: An enterprise risk management framework published by the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission. The 2017 update, "Enterprise Risk Management -- Integrating with Strategy and Performance," positions risk management as inseparable from strategic planning and performance management.
